GameBreak Launches First Mobile Micro-Gaming Network

CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) October 18, 2012

GameBreak Network™ (GBN) launched today on Twitter, Facebook and Google+. GBN is the first mobile gaming network to provide free, short-form HTML5 games played in the mobile activity feeds of the top social networking apps. To join GBN, people simply follow GameBreak on their preferred social networking app and tap GameBreak feed updates on their mobile device to play games.

GBN founder Jim Carini said, “The mobile activity feed provides a great platform for mobile games and our short-form "micro-games" are the ideal format for this platform. GameBreaks are quick and fun yet challenging and highly competitive – and since they live in the mobile feed, it’s very easy for people to discover, play and share our games."

GameBreaks are initially released as competitions for the entire GBN community and members win prizes for posting top scores. As part of today’s launch the Company is kicking off its first such competition based on the GBN game Fast40. The players with the top five scores submitted by October 31, 2012 will each win a new iPhone 5. To be eligible entrants must follow GameBreak on their preferred social networking app, play the Fast40 game on their mobile device, and submit their score.

GBN will release new games and competitions on an ongoing basis. GameBreak can be found and followed on these mobile apps:
