T-Mobile cuts iPhone 3GS cost and adds unlimited browsing

If you’ve been looking for a cheap iPhone deal, then this could be for you. for a limited time T-Mobile is cutting the monthly cost of the iPhone 3GS to £25 a month and adding unlimited data use without any fair-use policy.

Until July 31st you can get the iPhone 3GS for £25.54 in a package that includes 100 minutes and 100 texts. The phone is free on a 24-months contract long and include a T-Mobile Flexible Booster, with the choice of Unlimited Text, free calls to T-Mobile users or unlimited calls to UK landlines.

The saving alone is impressive, but T-Mobile is also adding free browsing with its Truly Unlimited Internet package, which lets you browse the web, stream videos and music and update Facebook to your hearts content without worrying about fair-use policy or download caps. T-Mobile is one of the few network operators to offer this – many of the others cap data use at 500MB or 1GB depending on your contract.

The Apple iPhone 3GS is perhaps the forgotten gem of the iPhone range. Offering many features of the iPhone 4, including multitasking, access to app store and iTunes, but at a lower price. It’s not just the iPhone 3GS either, the Motorola Atrix, Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, HTC Desire HD and Samsung Galaxy S will cost just £25 a month, equating to a whopping saving of £245 off the Motorola Atrix and £367 off the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play.
