Unlock Your iPhone by Imei Number

Every iPhone is locked with AT&T service provider provided by the Apple Company. It is very expensive service provider as compared to other network provider. iPhone user who want to use different service provider first unlock the phone using iphone unlock software. There are number of site that provide unlock software for iPhone. You can also unlock your iphone using the IMEI code. Every iPhone comes with imei number which is the known as the identification of that iPhone. If you change that code then you will be ready to use different service provider.

You can find fifteen digit IMEI code on your iPhone under the battery. There is also some special code through which you can see in your screen. It is also registered in the Apple database. Changing the imei code means that you are no longer connected to the Apple database. It is not a legal process to unlock you iphone by imei code. If you want to unlock your iphone by changing your imei number then you can talk to other service provider. They will charge you some money and provide you another imei code on which you can use their services.

This process is bit expensive and also not safe. The best and safe process to unlock iphone is through unlocking software. You only have to download the software and follow the simple steps. There are some sites that provide unlock software but it does not offer full features. If you use this software your iphone will be relock to the AT&T service provider when you upgrade your iPhone. It is considered to buy an iphone unlock software from the authorized site which is giving money back guarantee. It will not keep your iphone unlock even if you update new firmware.

After unlocking you can use your favorite service provider which offer cheap call rates. You can save lots of money if you are a frequent flier because AT&T service provider charges high roaming call rates if you use from abroad.

iPhone 5 – Is it Worth the Money?

The iPhone 5 boasts a bigger screen, faster processor, and a new connector. But it is worth your hard-earned dollars?

Bigger Screen
The body of the iPhone 5 has been elongated, adding about a quarter inch to the screen height without changing the width. This will allow for HD video to display in its true 16:9 format and give game designers more real estate to work with. While the body is longer, the iPhone 5 is 18% thinner than the iPhone 4S – and 20% lighter.

Faster Processor
The brains of the iPhone have been given a significant bump and now have a faster processor than even the new iPad. According to Apple, the new A6 chipset will result in applications loading twice as fast, graphics running smoother and photos capturing 40% faster.

The Camera
The camera has gotten 25% smaller, has better low light processing, and can produce panoramic images. The video camera can shoot 1080p HD video, has improved video stabilization, and allows you to take still pictures simultaneously while you shoot video. Apple’s video conferencing app, Facetime, will now transmit HD video, and Facetime can be enabled over cellular networks and WiFi alike.

LTE Data & Battery Life
The new iPhone will connect up with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon’s faster LTE data networks. This will mean significant increases in web browsing and download speeds. This data network is a notorious drain on battery life, so Apple made a big call-out that the battery life of the phone will remain consistent if not a little better (10% improvement overall) than battery life on past iPhones. They claim 8 hours of talk time, 225 hours of stand-by, and 8 hours of LTE web browsing.

Smaller Dock Connector
The 30-pin dock connector that has come standard on every iPhone to date was certainly due for an upgrade. It takes up a lot of space, and it was big entry spot for dust and moisture. Apple has introduced an 80% smaller connector they are calling Lightning that can be plugged into the phone in any direction, offers faster data transfer, and better durability. But given the $3 billion a year accessory market for iPhones and iPads, this switch will be painful and costly as users are forced to buy extra charging cables, docking speakers/alarm clocks or cases. Apple will be selling adapters for $29 that will ship in October.

IOS 6
The IOS operating system has over 200 changes, the biggest of which is turn-by-turn navigation using Apple’s own maps and 3D bird’s-eye images. There will be deeper social media integration within the operating system for posting to Facebook and Tweeting, and the web browser will now allow a full screen view that takes advantage of the bigger screen.

Price, Timing, and Design Options
The new iPhone will come in black and white with a new, brushed metal back. It will be available for pre-order September 14th and in stores September 21st. The 16GB model will retail for $199, 32GB for $299, 64GB for $399. The iPhone 4S goes down in price to $99. Initial countries where the iPhone 5 will be available: United States, Canada, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, France, and Australia, Availability in more countries by the end of the year.

What We Didn’t See
The online rumor mill did a very good job guessing what the iPhone 5 would look like, but a few out-there predictions that didn’t come true: no T-Mobile iPhone, no liquid metal back, no holographic projector or wafer-thin design.

Is it Worth the Upgrade?
The iPhone 4S was only a superficial upgrade to the device, and I did not recommend an upgrade except for those who really needed a new phone. But the iPhone 5 is an iterative step forward from Apple. The faster processor, speed increases from LTE data networks, a better and faster camera, and consistent battery life despite the LTE drain (real world tests pending), make this a worthy purchase.

Related: True/False: Never Sell Your Old Phone

Would I upgrade out of cycle if I had the iPhone 4S? No. But if you have an iPhone 4 or older, I say reach for the iPhone 5 if you can. Personally, I have been using a Samsung Galaxy SII for the last 6 months and I will be switching back to the iPhone 5 now that it has faster data, with the hope that my battery will last all day.

Specs in a nutshell:
Weight: 112 grams (20 percent lighter than 4s)
Thickness: 7.6 mm (18 percent thinner)
Screen: 4-inch display (up from 3.5 inches), 1136×640 pixel resolution (up from 960×640), a fifth row of icons on the screen, 44 percent more color saturation
Connectivity: LTE network compatible, available on Verizon/Sprint/ATT
Processor: new A6 chip (processor and graphics are 2x faster).
Battery: 8 hours talk time, 8 hours browsing, 10 hours wifi browsing, 10 hours video, 40 hours music, 225 hours standby.
Camera: 8 mp, 3264×2448 resolution, f/2.4 aperture, 25% smaller, improved low-light quality, panorama feature, 1080p HD video, front-facing Facetime camera updated (720p) and face detection, improved mics and speakers.
Dock and connector: New connector is called Lightning, 8 pin, reversible (adaptor available for current connector).

10 Great Ringtones Make All Time List

Getting ringtones for your cell phone has become one of the hottest ways to set yourself apart on today’s scene. If you want to stand out in a crowd, the ringtone you choose can be a big step in the right direction.

So you want a great ringtone, but have no idea what makes one great? Follow the advice below and learn where the bar has been raised by the top 10 list below, dubbed the first class of the ringtone Hall of Fame.

Separating great ringtones from the rest of the bunch requires a series of judging criteria. First and foremost, a great ringtone must come from a great song. While it is possible for great songs to yield disappointing ringtones, the opposite is impossible. The ringtone must also be easily recognizable to many people. Everyone wants that ringtone that makes people smile and say, “I love that song” when your phone rings.

From a musical standpoint, the ringtone must be created from one of three song portions: the intro, the hook, or the solo. The success of these three parts to the musical equation are make or break for hit songs, making them essential to the success of a ringtone. Because of the technology format, songs that make great ringtones also need to have simple layers. Songs with dueling drums or guitars cause a ringtone to sound cluttered, making it difficult to identify by ear. The intros to songs like “Stairway to Heaven” and “A Thousand Miles” make great ringtones because they are catchy and easy on the ear.

In addition to coming from a particular section of a song, great ringtones must also feature a strong, repetitious percussion line. Whether that persistent pulse comes from the bass line of “Drop It Like It’s Hot” or from the synthesizers in “Take On Me,” the ability for many people to recognize a specific song comes from that repetition.

While the final keystones are being cemented into the ringtone shrine, here are the first ten inductees into the Ringtone Hall of Fame:

1. “In Da Club” – 50 Cent

Besides being Billboard’s inaugural “Ringtone of the Year” in 2004, 50’s first #1 hit has a bass line built for making heads bob. The strings section adds suspense to the song and puts high notes on top of the gutter base line. Having “In Da Club” as a ringtone means the party is never farther away than your phone.

2. “Stairway to Heaven” – Led Zeppelin

The calming woodwind that accompanies Page’s slow guitar picking makes for rock – and ringtone – heaven on earth. Several portions of this song have been made into ringtones, but the tone depicting the song’s introduction is truly a classic.

3. “Sweet Home Alabama” – Lynyrd Skynyrd

Music fans of all ages get a smile on their face at the first sound of this southern-rock classic. Change a party’s atmosphere from get together to jamboree by a simple “ring-ring.” The MP3 version is a required tone for country and classic rock fans.

4. “Super Mario Brothers” Game Theme

The essential ringtone for gamers. The polyphonic tone is an exact replication of the track from 16-bit Nintendo.

5. “Halloween” Movie Theme

Perfect custom tone for friends named Michael Myers. One of the most popular ringtones of all time that can outsell pop hits year round.

6. “The Next Episode” – Dr. Dre

While many hip-hop ringtones sound poor due to the overuse of dull bass lines, “The Next Episode” features thumping bass and a pulsating G-funk guitar lick, creating the bench mark for multi layered ringtones.

7. “Mission Impossible” Theme Song

Another incredibly popular ringtone despite its age that will only get more popular as the third installment of the movie franchise begins filming. Perfect as a custom tone for those over-demanding bosses in the workplace.

8. “Sandstorm” – DaRude

Like “Super Mario Brothers,” a distinct song replica is created by the polyphonic ringtone. A must for fans of techno music and another, sure fire, party-starter tone.

9. “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” Theme Song

The only hip-hop song your father can rap over is one of the most recognizable ringtones available. The beat is so contagious that setting it as your default ringer in a public place will cause a room to begin rhyming along as if they were Will Smith.

10. “The Jetsons” Theme Song

While the Jetsons had a lot of great things in their future world, one thing they don’t have is their own song as a phone ringer. We don’t have flying automobiles yet, but show off the evolution of cell phone technology with the upbeat polyphonic ditty.

Facebook Farmville App for iPhone and iPad Available Now

Mercedes-Benz C-Class W202 Biturbo

Since its launch in June 2009, FarmVille has become, by far, the most popular game on Facebook, reaching ten million daily active users just two months later. FarmVille was the first Facebook game to achieve that milestone and, according to Bill Mooney (General Manager at developer Zynga), FarmVille had 85 million active players each month by April 2010, which is more than the monthly number of Twitter users and represents more than 20% of the active users on Facebook.

Building Farms in FarmVille

FarmVille is a game that allows players to build and grow a virtual farm of their own. Starting with a small plot of land, players select from a variety of crops to plant and then wait hours or days for them to be ready to harvest. This gives the player virtual money, called ‘Farm Coins’ they can then use in the game’s market to buy more crops or improve their farm with animals or trees (which can both earn further Farm Coins) or buildings, decorations or vehicles.

Planting crops, as well as earning the player money, also earns them points which are used to progress through the levels of the game and give access to more features and objects to buy, as well as the ability to purchase larger plots of land. Moving up the levels of the game also rewards the player with ‘Farm Cash’ which can be used to purchase objects faster or purchase exclusive objects that can’t be bought with Farm Coins.

FarmVille is a free game to play but players can choose to progress quicker by using their credit card or PayPal account to buy Farm Coins and Farm Cash and this functionality in their games generates most of Zynga’s revenue.

Another key feature of FarmVille is the ability for players to view the farms of their friends in Facebook and even perform jobs on them to earn more money. Being able to see what other farms look like and what level their friends have achieved is an important factor of the success of FarmVille. Players can also send gifts, such as trees and cows, to their friends.

Mobile FarmVille Arrives

Until now, it hasn’t been possible to play FarmVille on the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch as the game runs in Flash, which isn’t supported by these Apple devices. However, at the recent Apple WWDC event, alongside the introduction of the iPhone 4, it was also announced that Farmville would be coming to the App Store soon.

It’s now arrived!

The mobile FarmVille app gives players all the features of the Facebook version., as well as push notifications and, of course, the ability for players to tend to their farm wherever they are. Players must have a Facebook account to use the app and farms are synced with the Facebook version.

Because of the small screen size of the iPhone and iPod Touch, more scrolling is required and so it can be a more time-consuming and fiddly game to play. There are also some performance issues when played on an original iPhone or iPhone 3G, compared to an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. FarmVille plays very well on the iPad, thanks to its larger screen and enhanced performance.

The Future of FarmVille

The arrival of FarmVille on the iPhone and other Apple mobile devices comes at a time when the game appears to be losing some of its popularity and shedding millions of players each month. A report issued at the start of June 2010 showed that FarmVille, now had just over 70 million active players which is a drop of 15 million since March.

Evidence suggests that a key reason for this drop is a change made in Facebook earlier this year which saw the removal of notifications in Facebook from third-party apps such as Farmville. Notifications were an important way for FarmVille to maintain engagement with its players and so the ability to use push notifications on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch may be key to its success on those devices.

However, despite losing some of its famous popularity, FarmVille remains (by far) the most popular game on Facebook and the new app version may gain it a new wave of players.

Guide to Blocking Text Messages on iPhone

iPhone owners can block certain people or allow people to contact them. There is even a way to block all users from contacting you. If there is someone you are trying to avoid then keep reading.

Have you ever asked yourself how do I block text messages from certain people on my iPhone? Stop wondering, because today we’ll discuss how you can block certain people from texting you, or just block everyone altogether (if that’s more convenient). We will give you a step-by-step guide as to how you can do this using a method that isn’t highly publicized.

Many iPhone users have chosen to not have text messages as part of their phone plan. However, there are times when incoming messages can cause iPhone users to incur text messaging charges. This is one reason that people may want to avoid incoming text messages.

Another reason is for privacy; both reasons are quite understandable and easy to accommodate. After all, you shouldn’t have to be texted by people you don’t want to have anything to do with, especially if it’s going to cost you money. Keep in mind that people who have your iPhone number can figure out your iPhone email address and can send you email that will present itself as a text message on your iPhone. How do you avoid all this?

Go to this website: mymessages.wireless.att This step requires you to login with a mobile number and a password. Of course, this is a separate account from your standard AT&T account, so you may need to register at first if you’ve never done so. If necessary, register. If you already have an account, login and go to step 3. The website will send you a free text message for confirmation purposes if you are a new user, after which you should be on your way to opening your new account. Under preferences, go to Blocking Options. Here you will find several options. One option will allow you to block all users from text messaging you. Another option will allow you to keep emails from being sent to you in the form of multimedia, which is technically a form of text messaging. If you want to block only certain people from text messaging you, scroll down the page. There you will find Block and Allow Lists. There you can block and allow people from sending you text messages by adding their information in the appropriate fields.

A great way to foil spammers is to create a different alias address that you can send to people you know. It’s listed on the same page mentioned in steps 3 and 4.

An Easier Route

Blocking text messages from certain users is a great way to avoid people like spammers. If you have a serious problem with unwanted text messages and want to take an easier route and just block everyone from texting you, simply call AT&T and request that they remove text messaging capabilities from your phone altogether. This is usually easier than having to go through the above steps.

Comparing Verizon Wireless with Straight Talk cell phone service

Verizon Wireless has long been one of the top selling cell phone companies to ever hit the market. They don’t often have high competition but that may all be changing now. Verizon Wireless is well-known for great coverage so that customers don’t drop calls. Many people dropped their old plans like hot potatoes when Verizon began offering some of the best service that you could find in a cell phone. Straight Talk cell phones are going to give Verizon a run for their money though.

Comparing Verizon Wireless to Straight Talk Cell Phone Plans

Verizon Wireless

Coverage- Verizon Wireless offers coverage nearly any place you may go. If you live in the United States and travel anywhere in the United States, you can make and receive calls from nearly every location because of the many cell towers that Verizon has added to it’s network. This is great for those who have Verizon Wireless service because you don’t have to worry about dropped calls. You are not charged roaming charges or out of area calls for any calls that you make either.

Plans- Verizon Wireless offers many phone plans to suit nearly every need. The rate is a bit high but you can connect nearly everywhere and that is why so many people have the service in the first place. The plans can include unlimited texting, calls to anyone in the network without being charged minutes, web browsing and a limited number of minutes to talk to people outside the network.

Price- Verizon charges anywhere from $59.99 to $89.99 per month depending on the plan that you get. This price includes calls and texting, web browsing is another monthly charge if you decide to get it. This is rather high considering that you have to also pay taxes and other hidden charges once the bill comes due. The cost is never really what it appears to be on the surface. Data charges (web browsing) can cost an additional $9.99 a month to $29.99 a month and again comes with a few hidden charges.

Customer Service- Customer service appears to be based in the United States for Verizon Wireless phones. That makes it much easier to talk to someone with whom you can understand what they are saying. This is a huge plus because many customer service centers for many companies around the United States are now based in foreign countries such as India. The only problem is that Verizon Wireless customer service can sometimes be very rude when you are talking to them. Verizon Wireless customers often complain about this problem but to no avail.

New iPhone 5 May Use In-Cell Touch Panel Display

There’s been a few new rumors surrounding the launch of the next generation iPhone (iPhone 5) as of late. We had just heard about the possibility of the next iPhone having a new ‘liquid metal’ casing, which would make the uni-body outer casing thinner and lighter, thus allowing for more hardware to get packed inside without it getting too heavy for one’s mobility. This would keep things consistent from Apple claims with every new iPhone or iOS product that they are ‘thinner’, ‘lighter’ and ‘faster’.

Helping Apple keep those claims for the iPhone 5 launch expected in Q3 2012, the latest rumor coming from within Apple’s supply chain, is that the next generation iPhone will move to a new “in-cell” touch panel display. This new display technology is lighter and thinner than the Retina displays previously used in iPhone models. Again, this will make it easier to pack the inside of the casing with more hardware, without worrying about the overall weight of the iPhone.

The current displays in the iPhone 4 and 4S involves a layer of sensing glass on the outside of an inner LCD screen. This capacitive touchscreen makes it thicker as it has two layers and an extra step in the assembly line. Moving to the single layer in-cell touch panel would remove a step in production as well, speeding up the manufacturing process. When you manufacture 30 million iPhone devices, saving two seconds becomes a large amount.

Apple to unveil iPhone 5, iPad mini on September 12; iPhone release rumored for September 21

Apple’s (AAPL) sixth iPhone – constantly referred to as the “iPhone 5” for lack of a better name – is really starting to take shape now that production is ramping up. A fully assembled next-generation iPhone case was shown off in leaked photos over the weekend, and a subsequent report from iMore cites unnamed sources in placing the debut of Apple’s next smartphone on September 12th alongside the “iPad mini” and a new iPod nano as well. Earlier reports suggested the new iPhone will launch on September 21st, so the timing of an Apple press conference on September 12th certainly makes sense. The launch of Apple’s next iPhone is expected to be the company’s biggest iPhone launch yet by just about every analyst that covers Apple, and the $249-$299 iPad mini is seen as taking a huge bite out of Android tablet vendors’ business when it launches this fall.

iPhone 5 Release Date: Rumors and News for 2012 Apple Smartphone Reveal New Feature

The elusive iPhone 5 release date continues to make waves, as rumors about the handset have been consistently popped out from the Internet rumor mill. At this time the 6th generation Apple smartphone has not been confirmed, but new information discusses yet another feature for the well-loved mobile device.

A recent article states the new iPhone will have a feature called AirDrop. The article says “the AirDrop feature currently being used in Mac OS X Lion will possibly come to the new iPhone 5. So what is AirDrop?

AirDrop is a program which gives users the ability to send and receive files wirelessly to “anyone around you without any required set-up or special settings.” If the iPhone 5 release date should include AirDrop then the iOS 6 handset will automatically find nearby users who are also using the feature. This could be a very useful feature indeed.

At this time it is not known when the iPhone 5 release date will be, but speculation is split between those who feel the gadget will début this month at the WWDC, and those who are leaning toward a late 2012 launch.

What do you think? Will the new iPhone 5 hit stores sooner than later? Would the AirDrop feature on the next Apple smartphone be a useful feature for you?

The 7 Top Ways Millionaires Become Wealthy

There are 7 common factors to those who build net fortunes of one million dollars or more. In America, there has never been more personal wealth than there is today; yet most American’s are not wealthy. Amazingly, a mere 3.5% of our households own almost one-half of the wealth in the United States! Although we may be hard working, educated, moderate to high-income earners, why are so few of us affluent?

In studying the affluent, I found a pattern that the wealthy follow. It is more often the result of planning, hard work, perseverance, and self-discipline that determines who become wealthy. The factors compiled here are summarized from the research done by Thomas Stanley Ph.D. on over 1100 actual millionaires (many are multi-millionaires) in the U.S. today.

1) Live Well Below Your Means

Don’t be fooled. The ‘average’ millionaire doesn’t look like a millionaire! The key word here is frugal, frugal, and frugal. The typical person is America is a consumptionist. It’s in our blood. We work hard, make money, and spend it well. Not the typical millionaire! They play great defense (saving and investing) as well as offense (making money). Just like in football – great offense is exciting…but great defense wins games. An interesting note: Millionaires on average claimed their spouses were as frugal or more than they were. It’s a family affair: Sacrifice high consumption today, for financial freedom tomorrow.

2) Spend Your Time, Energy, and Money in Ways that Build Wealth.

Although the road to Millionaire’s Ville takes a frugal path, they pay well for training and advice. Do investment planning. Go to seminars. Hire good attorneys, tax accountants, mentors and coaches. Learn to identify and invest in assets that produce income. The wealthy spend money when the investment will protect and grow their assets. Millionaires also know the details: How much is spent each month and on food, clothing, and shelter. The non-wealthy say they don’t have time to plan, while the wealthy make time to plan. But here’s the shocker: The average millionaire spends 8.5 hours per month planning, while the non-affluent spend 4.5 hours or less planning. How can 4 more hours per week impact your future? Make it happen and the odds are in your favor of joining the truly wealthy!

3) Choose Financial Independence over Displaying High Social Status

The wealthy run highly efficient operations both in business and at home. Most live in average neighborhoods, and drive average cars. They’re not interested in keeping up with the Jones’ – because the Jones’ aren’t financially free. It takes lots of energy to consume big mortgages, change homes every few years, buy the most recent model cars, and wear the latest fashions. The wealthy drive typically American made cars! Japanese cars come in 2nd place; half of these are Toyota Camrys. Yes, significant value per dollar is the key here. The Millionaire’s Motto: You aren’t what you drive. The status cars – Lexus, BMW’s, Mercedes? At 6.4% or less per each brand.

4) Don’t Accept Economic Support from Your Parents once Outside the Home

Sounds painful doesn’t it? It’s a fact that has taught the wealthy how to earn, keep, and invest money. Parents of the wealthy do not, or cannot, provide “economic outpatient care”. The results are clear: The more dollars the adult children receive, the fewer they accumulate. Those who are given less are motivated to accumulate more on their own merits. An amazing fact: 80% of millionaires are first generation millionaires; they have made their money on their own, in their lifetime. Many of these folks have been immigrants to the U.S., starting out with minimal cash on hand. Work hard to learn and generate wealth-it CAN be done, and happens in America every day.

5) Teach your children to be economically self-sufficient to foster a “Wealth Mind-Set”

Provide your children fish and they will eat for a day. Teach them to fish and they will eat for a lifetime. As you might guess, children who grew up to be affluent, who had affluent parents, were taught to be disciplined and intentional with their money. Robert Kyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, didn’t cave in when his son asked for a car at 16 years old, even when the neighbor kids were being given cars by their parents. He gave his son $3000, and a subscription to the Wall Street Journal, and a few books on investing in the stock market. Now Rich Dad’s son watches more CNN than MTV. He has the motivation, and is getting an education that will provide him for a lifetime, well beyond his first car purchase.

6) Become Proficient in Targeting Market Opportunities

Find your niche, like the wealthy do. Follow where the money flows, and look for specialized opportunities. Why not target the wealthy themselves? Yes, they are frugal, especially first generation self-made wealthy. BUT…they spend openly on investing in themselves and their families. Investment advice and services, business training, software, tax advice, legal, medical, dental, health, real estate, and education are top priorities. They pay well for products and services that protect and grow their assets. Remember the majority of the wealthy are self-employed entrepreneurs. Followed by medical professionals and business executives.

7) Choose the Right Occupation

You now have a good idea of what the affluent do. 20% are retirees. Of the remaining 80%, most of these are self-made businessmen and women. Keep in mind that entrepreneurs are 4 times more likely to become millionaires than those who work for others. There is no one business, or group of business more likely to breed millionaire-hood. Some are lecturers, others medical professionals, farmers, small manufacturers, and corner mom and pop stores. The most important predictor is the characteristics of the owner, than the type of business. It’s the winning combination of skills and attitude that hit’s the wealth target.

NOTE: The affluent attribute being honest with all people as the most important characteristic in their businesses, tied with being well disciplined. The vast majority of the wealthy were not stellar students, or born into money. They have made it through following a few simple principles and being consistent.

Best of all, you can do these! For more information, participate in Steve’s LIVE workshops from your home or office. Curious about how that’s possible? See the link below.
