Man will camp for over a month for iPhone 5

In attempt to experiment how much PR he can get, Rob Shoesmith decided to camp outside the Apple store in Covent Garden London for the release of the next generation iPhone 5 from Apple.

So, yeah, Rob’s sole focus isn’t the new iPhone, but the marketing side of it. That’s why he leave all his cash at home, and wait for companies to endorse him. and he’s done a decent job so far, raking up over £40k worth of sponsorships. He’s received everything from Solar-powered iPhone chargers and web cams to shampoo, aftershave, massive boxes of candy, and you guess it, a box full of garden gnomes. and that’s not even a good part, he also reportedly have a car in his list, a £20,000 loaner Chevrolet car that is.

“People might look at this and say that I’m being greedy but I want to prove that it can be done in the most over-the-top way.” he said.

“The postman doesn’t like me right now,”

There’s a loophole though in his experiment, we never heard anything about the iPhone 5 officially from Apple.
